Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you. You're more than 2 weeks old already! You've been "tolerating feedings" (eating lots!), you're breathing on your own, your PICC line is out, and now you're fighting this infection like a champ. Not many kids your age can say they've already had a blood transfusion!
These first two coins going in your piggy bank are extra special because they represent the fifty grams you gained from yesterday to today. Mom & Dad like to celebrate everything in your life and fifty grams is amazing!
You'll truly never know how many people think of you and pray for you each day. Wyatt, our strong warrior, we're fighting right along with you and can't wait for you to be home where you belong.
